It usually will not go up to 12Mbps really, it simply means your port speed is capable of handling up to that kind of speed but i want to bet if you actually get that kind of speed

We don't really get that much speed I even tried to check it and it's showed a really disappointing result.

Well, it is Sunday afterall, most users must be home and just surfing the net, thus sharing your port speed with others

I am sure there is Sheila, such as Smart, Globe and Sun, they need to have huge servers for their text messages and internet bandwidth

Talking about prepaid web hosting, is it possible in other countries?

Not sure, I doubt there is prepaid Web Hosting in other countries such as America, usually internet subscription is fixed price every month

So it's another "only here in the Philippines." Probably other countries would go for a fixed subscription per month. They would not to have their services interrupted or cut off when their prepaid credits run zero.
