RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
It should be noted too that valuable backlinks and relevant incoming links are two very essential scrutinies. links from a website that has quality content and content linked to the theme of your website will give you much better position than a link from a badly designed web site.

RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
Hmm..I didn't really thought about it Alisha, so there are difference about the quality of your backlinks coming from a good website to not? I really thought it does not matter if it is good or bad website that has your backlink as long as it has your backlink in their site. Hos does it differ? and how can the bot tell the difference between the two? And how can you avoid your backlink from spreading to the bad website?

RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
There is big difference between a backlink from a relevant high PR (page rank) website and a backlink from related low PR website. PR stands for page rank and it is created and implemented by Google. The PageRank is measured from 0 to 10, where ten is the best page rank (google home page is with PG10). If the backlinks to your website are coming from high PR websites with related content, then your website will score better results on SERP (Search Engine Results Page).

RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
If it's the other way around Max, like the backlinks to a website are coming from a higher PR with content that is not totally related, will the website score less results on the search engine results page?

RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
The backlinks from a website in the same niche will always have more ``weight`` to your website rankings. The unrelated backlinks are also contributing to the better overall results on SERP, but not as much as the relevant natural backlinks.

RE: Off-site SEO - Backlinks
You can use the traffic generated from those backlinks by converting it . Once again , if there is traffic , then there is numerous ways to profit from your website . I can`t give a general answer about monetizing of your website in one post . This is one of the complex subjects , that we could discuss in separate thread .
