RE: Reseller Hosting Tutorial
Yes, when you are providing a legally regulated service, you should pay specific taxes, which are defined from your country`s government. In short, all required permissions and taxes are directly defined by the current administrative and business law, in the country where your company is/will be registered.

RE: Reseller Hosting Tutorial
Ah..it is still depending in the country where you registered your business..what if I did not register it? Afterall, it is online and I will install it in my own garage for example
, here in the Philippines, we are still in the process of making laws against cyber crime a priority, and it will take time to be approved...I will not be fined right? I am not saying I am doing this in reality but as an example heheh

Well, even if you rob a bank and the police can`t catch you, there will be no fines, right
It really depends from your location. Anyway, more than 30-40% of all web-based companies are not registered, so I believe, you have the answer now

Hmm,,so there business online can get away without paying their taxes...we still have no strong law against these kinds of crime that is why most of them are not afraid to do this...Internet is a vast ocean where one can hide from law enforcement but I believe eventually they will be caught
