You can check all back links with the help of backlinkwatch Dot Com, and also you can check them at Google.com by the query "Link:Your Domain Name" but Google will not show you all links. I'm always estimated back link counts with the help of Alexa, there are lot of tools are resent on web but no one can tell you exact back links count.
