I spend 7 hours before the PC because of my job! I agree with you - there will be some health issues! exercise will be of some use!!

It is depend on my work in office because i working in the office. Usually i spend more ten hours in front of a PC and i know that it can scare my eyes. Every one should avoid to use PC for long time because it is not a good for health.

I have a cyberlife. I spend most of my waking hours in front of a computer, i.e. 10-15 hours a day. Not only do I work and earn a living with my computer, I use it for recreational and social purposes as well. I communicate with my friends and family over the internet. I had weight issues after several months of having this kind of lifestyle. What I did to make up for it was that I bought an exercise bike for a little over $200, and I've been doing 40-60mins on it daily. I can even stay connected online with my iPhone while working out.
I will code for food. |

 Yeah indeed if we stay more in front of the PC, we will definitely be fat I am overweight myself since I spend most of the time sitting and typing, and after breakfast, lunch and dinner I will immediately sit down and start typing I used to play basketball for exercise, or just walking long distances but now I barely move!  But I sweat 2x more than a normal human being I think, just little movement I sweat which makes it ok for me because atleast some of my fats go away lols!

Yep, we are doomed to a very sedentary lifestyle which could potentially cause complications to our health in the long run. We have no choice but to find alternative ways of staying active. Of course, we should also watch what we eat. Here's to a long cyberlife! Cheers!

I spend more than 9hours online per day, but I normally take a one day break during the week plus I have anti glare installed on both my monitor and spectacles.
