You are right Max, every Provider has to prove their worth on their most simplest and cheapest service like the Shared Type Hosting, since this will be the stepping stone of all their future more expensive and sophisticated services like VPS and Dedicated server services. If their Shared Type Hosting services suck, then the clients will stay away from acquiring the more expensive services.
