RE: Intel Atom - Very Bad Choice
Celeron has been my favorite processor for years, when Pentium went out in the market I still Celeron, it can be as powerful as Pentium actually but it is more cheaper and tested over time so I chose Celeron.
And yeah when you decide that you will be putting up a Web Hosting business then these two processors wont cut it lols! Of course you have to have the newest Processors around

RE: Intel Atom - Very Bad Choice
Most probably it is a new processor, usually the kind of processor your laptop has is displayed on the sticker near your keyboard

Yes, Intel Atom is still in use and it has really wide spectrum of application nowadays. There is even smart-phones with this processor and it is perfect for such devices. Btw Intel Atom is not very old processor, the problem is in his architecture – it is designed to serve in low class systems.

RE: Intel Atom - Very Bad Choice
Indeed, I think Atom was released here about 2-3 years ago, a NEO Atom processor notebook costs about 341$, that is affordable and most people I know buy this kind of notebooks
