A normal dofollow link on a web site will look something like this:

To make an individual link nofollow, the value is added to the rel attribute in the html link tag:

Do follow link are more beneficial for a website as compare to no-follow links.

But this is different that what search engines do when they find these links which I will explain later in this post.
