The management of the service includes things like Server hardening , Firewall managing , securing of all SSH logins and so on

Generally, your IT professional will be able to help a Small Business with the IT infrastructure at the office or Brick and Mortar location of the company. They may even be able to help build a website using a Content Management System(CMS) or web builder. However, server management falls into a very different realm of skills. If you are trying to find one person to do both you are going to be looking for a person that has a fairly diverse set of skills in varying fields. Alternatively, you can go with a server that is not managed and hire a freelance admin that helps as needed with your server needs. These various options all need to be weighed and kept in mind when you budget for your IT needs, both in house and online.

In regards to the privacy of your content you will definitely want to review the Terms of Service (TOS) for the company you host with. Just remember, whether you hire a server admin or you rent a managed server you are placing your data in the trust of someone. If it is a server admin and not a managed host make sure you vet that person with the same eye you would a managed hosting provider.
Yes Mike I understand what you are saying but then it will go down to one thing...your budget, I would be willing to spend more on security by hiring a specialist on server management than anything else and of course that person should already have a good background and impressive set of experience before we understand each other Tongue

Tongue Security is overrated now a days. There are too many loopholes and too many areas that can be exploited from poorly designed infrastructures.
It's like another level of expertise needed in circumstance like that Apaullo. I was also wondering if there are any other services that the IT experts can't do which can be done by a managed web host.

Managed hosts can also optimize the server (MySQL or Apache for example) to best server the web content running on it. This is a skill set not every IT professional may have.
Managed Web hosting advert to the ability in which a hosting supplier takes care of the client's servers by giving a many services, which can alter accede to the nature of the host or the demand of the client.
managed hosting refers to the hosting plans that are administered by the hosting service provider. In the web hosting market, the prices for managed hosting packages vary from $30 per month to over hundreds of dollars per month. managed hosting is exactly what it says, managed.
