Generally, we know what a web hosting service is. However, it would also help us if we know what are the web hosting do's and don'ts. One of the do's that we need to consider in web hosting which is very common is to providing greater service. Primarily , it involves providing live support, help desk, and hosting control panel. For the don'ts of web hosting; we have breach of security, we should no offer what we cannot provide (e.g bandwidth) and don't forget to post ads about your web hosting company.

Never treat your customers as your enemies. always be nice to your clients. explain the reasons simply do not just tell them the technical aspects
One lesson I learned from being a reseller was that you shouldn't treat clients as numbers. You should know them by name. Too many larger web hosts assign numbers to clients and in the process lose some credibility with clients.

It is a common trend among all businesses. The smaller businesses build such strong relationships with their clients only to tarnish it by going too corporate.
